Pool Made Easy

Trades Made Easy / Pool service

Now accepting beta testers Pool Made Easy

Pool service software with automations.

Pool service software keeps weekly routes, water tests, invoices and payments in one place. The water numbers live on paper. And a green pool or a repair call reshuffles the day. Pool Made Easy keeps the route and the water log on the same record, so the client report and the invoice come from the visit. The app fills the line for the client, such as Water tested. Chlorine 3 ppm, pH 7.5: in range.

The problem, in plain words

Why do pool service owners leave the apps they have?

Summed up from public reviews and owner forums, October 2026.

Water logs on paper

A paper log or a notebook makes it hard to prove what was tested and added on each visit.

Tiers that hold back the basics

Recurring visits and client records sit behind higher plans in other apps.

Route changes in the busy season

Rain, a green pool or a repair call reshuffles the day, and the schedule has to follow.

How it works

How does a pool route go from the list to paid?

  1. Add or import your pool clients

Type in a client or bring your list from a CSV, with each pool address, frequency and next visit.

  2. Keep the route and log the water

See the week, move a rain day, and type the water numbers on the visit with a plain in range or out of range badge.

  3. Finish and get paid

Tick the pool checklist, add a water photo, check the report line and send the invoice in a few taps.

What you get when it opens

What will be live in Pool Made Easy?

These features are built and in testing. Pool Made Easy is not open yet.

Weekly recurring pool visits

One time, weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 or 4 weeks or monthly pool visits. Set the plan once, and skipping one week keeps the other stops on the calendar.

Water test log

Type free chlorine, pH and total alkalinity on each visit, with optional cyanuric acid, calcium hardness and salt. Each reading gets an in range or out of range badge.

Water test on the report

The client report and email show the plain line, such as Water tested. Chlorine 3 ppm, pH 7.5: in range.

Your pool service list

Weekly service, biweekly, one time, opening, closing, green to clean, filter clean, salt cell, tile, acid wash, leak detection, equipment repair and spa. Turn any one on or off, rename it, set the price and pick per visit, per month, flat or per hour.

Pool service checklist

Skim, brush, vacuum, empty the basket, check the filter, test the water, add chemicals, photo the water and close the gate.

Document templates

Four looks for your quotes, invoices and visit reports. Pick one for each document type in Settings.

Branded invoices with status

Your logo and colour on every invoice, with sent, viewed and paid shown for each one.

Interac e-Transfer

Clients pay by Interac e-Transfer, and you see when they open the invoice.

Tax for your province

Tax is added from your province and shown on every quote and invoice.

One invoice per month

Bill every pool visit this month for a weekly or every 2 weeks client on one invoice.

Due dates and late fees

Set an invoice due on receipt or in 7, 14 or 30 days, and turn on a late fee if you want one.

Payment reminders

Friendly reminders for unpaid invoices, on to start and off with one tap.

Monday owner email

One short email on Monday with what you earned, what is unpaid, this week and quiet clients.

Booking page

Share one pool service booking link so a client picks a time, sees the price and sends a request. You confirm before the stop is added, and no payment is taken up front.

Review requests

One tap after a visit to ask a client for a review. Each client is asked once at most.

Visit reports

Send a branded report after a visit with the work done, the water test and the notes you choose to share.

Rain day

Move a whole day of visits when weather stops the work, then pick the next open day.

Season pause

Pause recurring visits for the season and pick them up again without rebuilding the schedule.

Works offline, then syncs

Once the pool app has opened on your phone, it keeps working with no signal. Changes save on the phone and sync when you are back online.

Say it, once per form

Tap Say it, say the details, and the form fills. Check each field and tap Save. Long notes keep their own mic.

Setup checklist

A short checklist on Today takes you from sign up to your first client and first quote.

Drafts save as you type

A closed tab or a dead battery does not lose your work. The draft waits on the phone.

Delete a client

Remove a client and their visits, quotes, invoices and photos in one clear step.

Calendar feed

Subscribe to your visits in Apple, Google or Outlook calendar, and add any visit with one tap.

Export anytime

Download your clients, visits, quotes and invoices whenever you want, free.

Support chat

Ask in the app and a real person replies within 1 business day. Your ticket and the reply stay in the app.

Questions

What do pool service owners ask before they switch?

What is a good pool service software?

A good pool service software keeps the daily work in one place: clients, weekly routes, water tests, quotes, invoices and payments. Pool Made Easy is built for an owner operator, with recurring pool visits, a water test log, a service list you control, a booking page, branded invoices and tax on every invoice.

Is this a pool cleaning business app?

Yes. Pool Made Easy is made for pool cleaning and pool service work, with each pool address, service plan and water test on one record, a quote from your own prices, and the invoice ready after the visit.

Does it log the pool chemicals?

Yes. On each pool visit you type free chlorine, pH and total alkalinity, plus optional cyanuric acid, calcium hardness and salt, and you can add the chemicals used and a photo of the water. Each reading shows in range or out of range in plain words.

Does the water test go to the client?

Yes. The visit report and email include the plain line, such as Water tested. Chlorine 3 ppm, pH 7.5: in range, and you can send the report from the visit.

Can I keep weekly pool routes on a schedule?

Yes. Recurring pool visits stay on their own schedule, rain day moves a whole day when weather stops the work, season pause picks the plan up next season, and the app shows the visits you have next.

Is there a booking page for pool clients?

Yes. Each pool business gets a booking link, and clients pick a time, see the price and send a request. The business confirms before anything is booked, and there is no payment up front.
